Christmas “Gentile”

As the name implies, this salami is produced for the Christmas period, the ideal time for dinners with family and friends and therefore the perfect opportunity to cut and enjoy a large-sized salami.

Cut of meat: selected meats minced with an 8 mm plate.

Processing: seasoned in the same way as the classic salami “gentile”; it is stuffed into a sow’s large intestine, about 180 cm long, and machine-tied.

Weight: 3/4 kg

Organoleptic properties: it needs a longer maturing period than the salami “gentile”, about 60 days more.

Eating suggestions: packaged on a wooden cutting board and placed in individual boxes, it is perfect, not only to enjoy in the company of loved ones on special occasions, but also as a gift.
