We are in the Emilian Apennines: it is here among the green hills and wooded areas with the Nure river running through the valley, that the San Bono company was born. In Ponte dell’Olio, to be exact; a town about 20 kilometers from Piacenza. The unspoilt natural landscape makes the perfect background for the creation of a line of products with a unique taste, that embody the aromas of this region.

A dialogue with art

A region that stands out for its excellence, not only gastronomic, but also cultural and artistic: here craftsmanship and tradition can be found not only in the delicious culinary products, the pride of the area, but also in the original works of artists of the past and present, who with flair, have made their mark on the Emilian and national cultural scene.

San Bono has chosen to create a direct dialogue with this artistic world, with which it shares skills and creativity and to honour Paola Foppiani, the artist from Piacenza, choosing her studio as the ideal photo shooting location for the new communication campaign. In this way, surrounded by brushes, tempera and the artist’s iconic sculptures, the delicious products of San Bono, that range from coppa to salami, have found space, in perfect harmony, to celebrate once again craftsmanship, the connection with the area and with history. To become familiar with and to be handed down, so that one may look to the future with renewed drive and enthusiasm.
