Organoleptic properties: it has an intense and harmonious, slightly spicy fragrance. A uniform bright pink colour with well-defined pearly white squares, while the consistency is compact, soft but not elastic.

Eating suggestions: to be enjoyed diced as an aperitif or for delicious recipes in the kitchen to enhance a rice salad or to make a stuffing for a roast or fresh home-made pasta.
